Easter in the NC mountains

Ryan, Julianna, and I spent her first Easter in the NC mountains at Ryan's parents' mountain house with Ryan's whole family. Julianna met her Uncle Richard, Aunt Alina, and Anda for the first time this weekend! We had a great time and the Easter Bunny even found us all the way up there on Beech Mountain :-)

The Easter Bunny knew all of Julianna's favoite candies, which are remarkably similar to her parents' faves.


We had about 8 or so inches of really beautiful snow. Daddy and Julianna are enjoying it for about 32 seconds before retreating inside to the fire.

DID YOU NOTICE IN THE fifth PICTURE (Daddy and Julianna enjoying the snow.) That they both have the same expression, the half smile, squinted eyes, in general a real laid back look. No doughbt, Julianna looks like Dad in that picture.
